Brand and Logo Usage Guidelines

Last Updated on July 5, 2026

Welcome to Marketeq Digital Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Marketeq," "we," "us," or "our"). These Brand and Logo Usage Guidelines (the "Guidelines") describe how the Marketeq name, logos, and other brand elements may be used by partners, clients, media, and other third parties. Our brand and logo represent the identity and reputation of Marketeq, and these Guidelines are intended to ensure that they are used consistently, accurately, and in a manner that preserves their integrity. These Guidelines supplement our Trademark Usage Guidelines and Brand Protection Policy. If you have any questions regarding these Guidelines, you may contact us at legal@marketeqdigital.com.

1. Purpose and Scope

The purpose of these Guidelines is to establish the requirements for using the Marketeq name, logos, and related brand elements (collectively, the "Brand Elements"). These Guidelines apply to any third party that wishes to use or display the Brand Elements, including partners, clients, resellers, and media. They are intended to protect the integrity of our brand and to ensure consistent and appropriate use. These Guidelines should be read together with our Trademark Usage Guidelines. Any use of the Brand Elements is subject to these Guidelines and any applicable agreement.

2. Authorization Required

You must obtain prior written authorization from Marketeq before using the Brand Elements, unless such use is expressly permitted under an applicable agreement or by these Guidelines. Where authorization is granted, you must use the Brand Elements only for the purposes and in the manner permitted. Authorization to use the Brand Elements does not transfer any ownership interest and may be revoked at any time. Any use of the Brand Elements beyond the scope of the authorization granted is prohibited. Marketeq reserves the right to approve or deny requests to use the Brand Elements at its sole discretion.

3. Approved Logo Usage

When using the Marketeq logo with authorization, you must use the official version provided by Marketeq and must not modify it. You must not alter the logo's colors, proportions, orientation, or design, and you must not add to, distort, or animate it except as expressly permitted. You must maintain adequate clear space around the logo and must not place it on backgrounds that impair its legibility or appearance. You must not combine the logo with other logos, text, or graphics in a manner that creates a new mark or suggests an unauthorized association. Consistent and correct use of the logo helps to preserve the integrity of our brand.

4. Correct Use of the Name

When referring to Marketeq, you must use the correct name and spelling and must not abbreviate, alter, or combine it in a manner that could cause confusion. You must not use the Marketeq name in a way that suggests a partnership, endorsement, or affiliation that does not exist. When referring to Marketeq in text, you should use the name accurately and in a manner consistent with its status as a trademark. Correct use of the name supports the clarity and integrity of our brand. Any authorized use of the name must be truthful and not misleading.

5. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Brand Elements in any manner that is misleading, disparaging, or damaging to Marketeq, or that associates them with unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content. You must not use the Brand Elements to imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without authorization. You must not incorporate the Brand Elements into your own product names, logos, domain names, or trademarks. You must not use the Brand Elements in a manner that dilutes or tarnishes them or that violates any applicable law. Any use that is inconsistent with these Guidelines is prohibited.

6. Media and Editorial Use

Members of the media may refer to Marketeq and use approved Brand Elements for legitimate news reporting and editorial purposes, provided that such use is accurate and does not imply endorsement or affiliation. Where the media wish to use our logo or other Brand Elements, we encourage them to use approved versions and to contact us for guidance. Editorial use must not misrepresent Marketeq or its services. We appreciate accurate and fair coverage that respects our brand. Media inquiries regarding the use of Brand Elements may be directed to us.

7. Enforcement

Marketeq reserves the right to take appropriate action against any unauthorized or improper use of the Brand Elements. This may include requiring the correction or cessation of the improper use, revoking any authorization, and pursuing available legal remedies. If you become aware of any unauthorized or improper use of the Brand Elements, we encourage you to report it to us. Marketeq's failure to act with respect to a particular use does not waive its right to act in the future. Consistent enforcement helps to protect the integrity of our brand.

8. Changes to These Guidelines

Marketeq reserves the right to modify or update these Brand and Logo Usage Guidelines at any time to reflect changes in our practices or brand standards. Any changes will become effective upon posting the revised Guidelines, and we encourage you to review them periodically. Continued use of the Brand Elements following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.

9. Contact Information
