Third-party Integrations Policy

Last Updated on July 5, 2026

Welcome to Marketeq Digital Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Marketeq," "we," "us," or "our"). This Third-party Integrations Policy (the "Policy") governs the use of third-party applications, services, platforms, and integrations that may connect to, interoperate with, or be accessed through our website, client portals, and digital products (collectively, the "Services"). Third-party integrations can extend the functionality of the Services but are provided and operated by parties other than Marketeq. By enabling or using any third-party integration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you should not enable or use any third-party integration.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy, "Third-party Integration" means any application, service, plug-in, connector, or platform that is not operated by Marketeq and that connects to or interoperates with the Services. "Third-party Provider" means the entity that owns or operates a Third-party Integration. "Integration Data" means data that is transmitted, shared, or exchanged between the Services and a Third-party Integration. These definitions apply throughout this Policy regardless of whether they appear in the singular or the plural.

2. Use of Third-party Integrations

Marketeq may make certain Third-party Integrations available to enhance or extend the functionality of the Services. Your use of any Third-party Integration is optional and is subject to this Policy as well as the terms and conditions and privacy practices of the applicable Third-party Provider. Before enabling a Third-party Integration, you are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms imposed by the Third-party Provider. By enabling a Third-party Integration, you authorize the exchange of Integration Data between the Services and that integration as necessary to provide the intended functionality. You may disable a Third-party Integration at any time through the options made available to you.

3. Responsibility for Third-party Integrations

Third-party Integrations are provided by Third-party Providers, and Marketeq does not control and is not responsible for their operation, availability, security, or content. We do not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for any Third-party Integration, and your use of any such integration is at your own risk. Any issues arising from a Third-party Integration, including defects, disruptions, or data handling practices, are the responsibility of the applicable Third-party Provider. We encourage you to direct any questions or concerns regarding a Third-party Integration to its provider. Marketeq shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of a Third-party Integration.

4. Data Sharing and Privacy

When you enable a Third-party Integration, Integration Data may be shared with the applicable Third-party Provider in accordance with the functionality you have authorized. You are responsible for understanding how the Third-party Provider collects, uses, stores, and protects Integration Data, as such handling is governed by the provider's own privacy practices rather than by Marketeq's Privacy Policy. Marketeq takes reasonable steps to facilitate secure data exchange, but we cannot control how a Third-party Provider handles data once it has been transmitted to them. You should only enable Third-party Integrations that you trust and that meet your data protection requirements. Where the sharing of personal data is involved, you are responsible for ensuring that appropriate legal bases and consents are in place.

5. Security

While Marketeq implements reasonable measures to secure the connections between the Services and Third-party Integrations, we cannot guarantee the security of any Third-party Integration or the systems of any Third-party Provider. You are responsible for evaluating the security practices of any Third-party Integration before enabling it. If you become aware of any security vulnerability or incident involving a Third-party Integration, you should notify both the Third-party Provider and Marketeq. Marketeq reserves the right to disable or restrict any Third-party Integration that it believes poses a security risk to the Services or its users.

6. Availability and Changes

Marketeq does not guarantee the continued availability of any Third-party Integration, which may be modified, suspended, or discontinued by the applicable Third-party Provider or by Marketeq at any time. Changes made by a Third-party Provider to its application or service may affect the functionality of an integration, and Marketeq is not responsible for any resulting disruption. We reserve the right to add, remove, or restrict Third-party Integrations at our sole discretion. You are responsible for monitoring for changes that may affect your use of any Third-party Integration.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Third-party Integrations are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and Marketeq expressly disclaims all warranties relating to them, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marketeq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of any Third-party Integration or from the acts or omissions of any Third-party Provider. You agree that your sole remedy with respect to any dissatisfaction with a Third-party Integration is to discontinue its use. This section applies in addition to the limitations of liability set forth in our Terms of Use.

8. Changes to This Policy

Marketeq reserves the right to modify or update this Third-party Integrations Policy at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes will become effective upon posting the revised Policy, and your continued use of the Services or any Third-party Integration following such posting constitutes acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically.

9. Contact Information
