Last Updated on July 5, 2026

Welcome to Marketeq Digital Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Marketeq," "we," "us," or "our"). These User Account and Registration Terms (the "Terms") govern the creation, use, and management of any account you register to access our website, client portals, digital products, or related services (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Marketeq and should be read together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. By registering for, accessing, or using an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not register for or use an account.

1. Eligibility

To register for an account, you must be at least eighteen years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is truthful and accurate. If you are registering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. Marketeq reserves the right to refuse registration, or to suspend or terminate an account, if it determines that these eligibility requirements are not met. Access to certain features may be subject to additional eligibility criteria communicated at the time of registration.

2. Account Registration and Accurate Information

When registering for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration process. You further agree to promptly update your account information to ensure that it remains accurate, current, and complete at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in the suspension or termination of your account. Marketeq relies upon the information you provide to deliver the Services, communicate with you, and maintain the security of your account. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information associated with your account.

3. Account Credentials and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. We strongly recommend that you select a strong, unique password and enable any additional security measures made available to you. You agree not to share your credentials with, or transfer your account to, any other person or entity. Unless expressly authorized in writing, each account is intended for use by a single individual, and account sharing is prohibited. You must notify Marketeq immediately at legal@marketeqdigital.com if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account or any other breach of security. Marketeq shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

4. Acceptable Use of Your Account

You agree to use your account only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable policies. You must not use your account to engage in any activity that is fraudulent, harmful, or that violates the rights of Marketeq or any third party. Any attempt to access areas of the Services for which you are not authorized, or to interfere with the proper operation of the Services, is strictly prohibited. Marketeq reserves the right to monitor account activity to the extent permitted by applicable law in order to protect the integrity and security of the Services.

5. Suspension and Termination

Marketeq reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, in whole or in part, at any time and at its sole discretion, including where we believe you have violated these Terms, provided inaccurate information, or engaged in conduct that may harm Marketeq, its users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to access and use your account and the associated Services will immediately cease. Following termination, Marketeq may retain or delete your account information in accordance with its Data Retention Policy and applicable law. Where reasonably practicable and permitted, you may be given a limited period to export data associated with your account before it is deleted. Certain provisions of these Terms, including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification, shall survive termination.

6. Account Deletion by the User

You may request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at legal@marketeqdigital.com or by using any self-service option made available within the Services. Upon receipt of your request, we will take reasonable steps to deactivate and delete your account in accordance with our data retention practices and applicable legal obligations. Please be aware that some information may be retained for legitimate business, legal, or compliance purposes even after your account has been deleted. Deletion of your account does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to deletion.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services associated with your account are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Marketeq does not warrant that access to your account will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marketeq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use your account. You assume full responsibility for your use of your account and any consequences thereof.

8. Changes to These Terms

Marketeq reserves the right to modify or update these User Account and Registration Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes will become effective upon posting the revised Terms, and your continued use of your account following such posting constitutes acceptance of the changes. Where changes are material, we will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice through the Services or other appropriate means. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
